Tallgrass Freight Company and CDL Legal have reached an agreement to provide discounted legal benefits to Tallgrass Freight carriers and drivers.
CDL Legal provides legal coverage in the event of moving and non-moving violations. They also help fleets navigate CSA issues by reviewing inspection violations and filing DataQ challenges on behalf of fleets. CDL Legal boasts a 92% success rate in getting tickets reduced or dismissed. “The combination of fighting tickets and CSA violations can make a significant difference when it comes time to renew your insurance policy for the fleets that partner with us,” says Scott Shacklett, CEO of CDL Legal.
